Ok I’m here to vent about the ridiculous and absolutely horrible service I received from U-haul. Fuck U-haul, seriously, if you have to move go to another company no matter how much you might pay. Son-of-bitches! I wanted to get things done Sunday to be ready to move out of my apartment. I get up at 9am not realizing that the time has changed and start making calls. Ok so I was a little early no big deal… I get coffee and wait a little while longer to give these people time to open. I sat on hold almost all day I started to feel like Phoebe on “Friends”, waiting on hold “please hold and a representative will be right with you”. What bullshit 20 minutes later I gave up and drove to one place to meet a friend that said they had a bunch of trucks. When I get there I’m told they can’t give one to me without a reservation. You have to be kidding me… So we head home to call more places and get put on hold for another hour or so. Finally we made reservations on-line then call to confirm, after another 20 minutes on hold they tell us to go to the fucking place we just were to get a truck. Agghhh!!!! I wanted to shoot someone. Save yourself from this aggravation and either make reservations before hand or just simply go somewhere else and, say it with me now, “FUCK U-HAUL!”. Ok you crazy crackers go have a good Monday now.
