So I have started my new job this week. Getting paid to do nothing is great, but very boring, the fact is I'm in a much better place. I have finally made it into a company that is just that, a "company". To realize that I can now blogg is great news. I have been sitting here all week not doing anything really just reading a book. Haaa, Ricky learns to read!! But seriously, I'm now wearing nice clothes again everyday like a Project Manager is supposed to do. Getting credit for my experience and my expert know how in the field of office furniture. Working in the finacial district of New York again. The train ride in has made my life much easier too, 15 minute to the Harrison train station park the car and 25 minutes on the train to Ground Zero. Now although this is quite depressing to see everyday the site of it brings a smile to my face and once again makes me feel important. Today I got to the City a little early and sat for the first time in a shoe shine place for 10 minutes while the little Spanish chick shined my shoes. Little things like this just make me feel great about where I am now in my life. So many things are changing in Ricky's world and everything is happening this month. As most of you know by now, Ricky and his roomate are parting ways the end of this month and moving out of the great apartment we have shared. This is probably the only sad thing right now in my life. Sad because I walk into this place I have called home for the past year and see bare walls and boxes and although it hasn't really hit me yet it's a little shitty. We had some good times in the apt. like raising Al the pet aligator, always hiding in our shit, even hopping a ride to Vagas. The parties we had over the year, the great 5 star rated dinners, and who can forget the ninjas climbing in and out of the badrooms. (no thats not a typo..) Anyway time to move on as it is I will be moving to Lyndhurst, NJ, to a one bedroom apartment on Ridge Rd. Everything NEW for Ricky this year, only thing left is the car which has been f-ed since I can remember. In time friends, in time.... I see Lexus LS460 in the future....Parking has become a thing of the past...

Awwww - my handsome man in nice clothes, a real company job with GREAT benefits, a new apt and all the things that make you happy. I think someone is really growing up here kiddies. But WAIT - what did you do with Eddie? LOL Good luck again baby. I'm so proud of you and happy that your happy - MUAH!
Oh yeah - I forgot to add - moving on and up in life and seeing friends and loved ones do the same can be a GREAT thing - TRUST ME on that!
